[구성원 인터뷰] Victoria Moran 프론트엔드 개발자 - 2026 Internship Interview

• Could you please briefly introduce yourself and tell us about your role?
  안녕하세요, 간단한 자기소개와 현재 맡고 계신 역할이 어떻게 되시나요?

Hello everyone, my name is Victoria Moran. I am a fourth year student studying computer science in The United States and my current role is a frontend developer. 
안녕하세요 여러분, 제 이름은 빅토리아(Victoria Moran)입니다. 저는 미국 UC Berkeley 대학교에서 컴퓨터 공학을 전공하고 있는 4학년 학생이며, 현재 제로백데브에서는 프론트엔드 개발자 역할을 맡고 있습니다.

• What motivated you to join as an intern in Korea, and how did you make that decision?
  어떻게 한국 인턴으로 합류하게 되었나요?

I always had in mind to do an internship or study abroad at some point during my time in university, so joining a school program was a no-brainer. Secondly, I chose Korea because I feel the user experience here is way more smooth than some services in the United States, and I wanted to be able to create software that was seamless and had a good design. 

대학 생활 동안 언젠가는 해외 인턴십이나 교환학생을 꼭 해보고 싶다는 생각을 항상 가지고 있어서, 학교 프로그램을 통해 지원하는 것은 당연한 선택이었습니다. 그리고 한국을 선택한 이유는 한국의 사용자 경험(UX)이 미국의 일부 서비스보다 훨씬 부드럽고 매끄럽다고 느꼈기 때문입니다. 저 또한 끊김 없이 매끄럽고 디자인이 훌륭한 소프트웨어를 만들고 싶어 한국행을 결심하게 되었습니다.

• What are you looking forward to the most while working at 0100dev?
  제로백데브에서 일하면서 기대되는 부분은 어떤 게 있을까요?

I look forward to finally being able to put my knowledge to use and create tools that can be used for many years to come. I am also excited to finally have my first in-person internship.
그동안 쌓아온 지식을 마침내 실전에 활용하여, 앞으로 오랫동안 유용하게 쓰일 도구들을 만들 수 있게 된 점이 가장 기대됩니다. 또한, 드디어 제 인생의 첫 대면 인턴십을 경험하게 되어 매우 설렙니다.

• Could you briefly describe the tasks or projects you are currently handling at 0100dev?
  현재 제로백데브에서 맡고 있는 일은 무엇인가요?

The current project we are working on is a HR management tool that helps employees clock in and out of work, it also includes other features such as checking how many days they have off and requesting days off. I have been working on a bit of the frontend, database and authentication.
저희가 현재 진행 중인 프로젝트는 직원들의 출퇴근 기록을 도와주는 HR 관리 도구(인사 관리 시스템)입니다. 여기에는 남은 연차 일수를 확인하거나 휴가를 신청하는 등의 다른 기능들도 포함되어 있습니다. 저는 이 프로젝트에서 프론트엔드 일부와 데이터베이스, 그리고 인증(Authentication) 기능을 담당하여 작업하고 있습니다.

• How do you hope to grow and develop through this internship experience?
  이번 인턴쉽을 통해 어떻게 발전하고 싶은가요?

I hope to be able to gain more experience in being in a team, knowing what tasks can be delegated, and being a better problem solver.
팀의 일원으로서 협업하는 경험을 더 쌓고, 어떤 업무들을 서로 분담하고 위임할 수 있는지 배우며, 더 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력을 갖춘 개발자로 성장하고 싶습니다.

• Is there anything you would like to say to future global interns looking to join 0100dev?
  제로백데브를 찾는 글로벌 인턴들에게 전하고 싶은 말이 있다면?

I would highly recommend interning here, the team is very communicative and has very good culture, and really takes your goals and growth into consideration. You will have a great time here!
